Information on this website is provided for general informational, promotional, and communication purposes. Specific services, availability, pricing, packages, deposits, booking requirements, cancellation rules, and guest policies may vary depending on the service requested.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in a way that could damage the website, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to:

3. Website Information

The Bridges makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website will always be complete, accurate, current, or free of errors.

Website content may include information about lodging, wedding services, event spaces, restaurant offerings, massage services, amenities, property features, photos, pricing, availability, and general business details. This information may change at any time without notice.

The Bridges reserves the right to update, change, remove, or correct website content at any time.

4. Inquiries, Forms, and Communication

When you submit a form, request information, call, email, or otherwise contact The Bridges, you agree to provide accurate information.

Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee availability, pricing, reservation, booking, appointment, event date, or service confirmation. A booking, reservation, event, massage appointment, or other service is only confirmed when The Bridges provides confirmation according to the applicable booking process.

The Bridges may contact you by phone, email, text message, or other communication methods based on the information you provide and the nature of your inquiry.

5. Bookings, Reservations, and Availability

Lodging, restaurant reservations, event dates, wedding dates, massage appointments, tours, and other services are subject to availability.

The Bridges may require deposits, signed agreements, payment authorization, guest information, or additional details before confirming certain bookings or events.

Availability shown or discussed at one time may change until a booking is formally confirmed. The Bridges is not responsible for holding dates, rooms, appointments, event spaces, or services unless a confirmed booking agreement or reservation process has been completed.

6. Wedding and Event Services

Wedding and event services may require a separate agreement, proposal, invoice, deposit, payment schedule, event policy, cancellation policy, or venue agreement.

Any wedding, reception, private event, group event, corporate event, retreat, or similar booking may be subject to additional terms that are specific to the event. If there is a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement will control for that specific event.

Guests and event hosts may be responsible for following all venue rules, safety policies, alcohol policies, vendor policies, guest conduct rules, property access rules, damage policies, and any other event-related requirements provided by The Bridges.

7. Lodging and Resort Services

Lodging and resort-related services may be subject to additional terms, including check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, pet policies, smoking policies, quiet hours, damage policies, cleaning expectations, cancellation rules, payment terms, and other guest requirements.

The Bridges may refuse, cancel, or modify lodging arrangements when necessary due to safety concerns, property issues, maintenance needs, weather events, guest misconduct, payment issues, or other circumstances that affect operations.

Guests are responsible for respecting the property, following posted rules, and ensuring that all members of their party comply with applicable policies.

8. Restaurant Services

Restaurant menus, hours, availability, pricing, specials, private dining options, and service offerings may change without notice.

The Bridges does not guarantee that every menu item, special, reservation time, dining option, or restaurant service will be available at all times.

Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs should notify restaurant staff directly before ordering. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, The Bridges cannot guarantee that food or beverages will be free from allergens or cross-contact.

9. Massage and Wellness Services

Massage and wellness services may be provided by individual service providers, staff members, contractors, or third-party professionals. Availability, pricing, booking procedures, service types, and policies may vary.

Massage and wellness services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Guests should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

The Bridges and any massage or wellness providers may refuse or discontinue service if a guest behaves inappropriately, appears impaired, violates safety rules, provides inaccurate health information, or if the provider determines that the service is not appropriate.

Guests may be required to complete intake forms, consent forms, health questionnaires, or service-specific agreements before receiving massage or wellness services.

10. Payments, Deposits, and Fees

The Bridges may require payment, deposits, card authorization, or payment arrangements for certain bookings, services, reservations, events, lodging, massage appointments, or other offerings.

All pricing, deposits, payment schedules, taxes, service fees, cancellation fees, damage fees, or other charges may vary depending on the service and agreement involved.

Payments are not considered complete until successfully processed. The Bridges may cancel or withhold services for failed payments, declined cards, unpaid invoices, or failure to complete required payment steps.

11. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and change policies may vary depending on the service booked. Lodging, events, weddings, restaurant reservations, massage appointments, and other services may each have different rules.

The Bridges may provide specific cancellation or refund terms at the time of booking, in an invoice, in a signed agreement, or through a separate policy. Those specific terms will apply to the related booking.

The Bridges reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, or limit services due to weather, safety concerns, property conditions, maintenance issues, staffing limitations, emergency situations, guest misconduct, nonpayment, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

12. Guest Conduct and Property Rules

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while visiting The Bridges.

The Bridges may remove or refuse service to any guest who:

  • Damages property

  • Creates a safety risk

  • Harasses staff, vendors, guests, or service providers

  • Violates property rules

  • Acts in a disorderly, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner

  • Fails to pay required charges

  • Violates laws or regulations

  • Interferes with business operations or guest experience

Guests may be responsible for damages caused by themselves, their children, their invitees, their vendors, or members of their party.

13. Property Access, Natural Areas, and Safety

The Bridges may include natural areas, wooded spaces, water features, trails, bridges, stone formations, caves, stairs, uneven surfaces, outdoor gathering areas, and other scenic property features.

Guests understand that outdoor and natural areas may involve risks, including slips, trips, falls, uneven ground, weather conditions, wildlife, water hazards, limited lighting, and other natural or property-related conditions.

Guests are responsible for using reasonable care, following posted signs, supervising children, respecting restricted areas, and complying with staff instructions.

The Bridges may close, restrict, or limit access to certain areas for safety, weather, maintenance, private events, or operational reasons.

14. Photography, Videography, and Media

The Bridges may feature photography, videography, drone footage, social media content, and other media showing the property, events, food, lodging, guests, or experiences.

Professional photography, videography, drone use, commercial shoots, styled shoots, or media production may require prior written permission from The Bridges.

Weddings, events, photo shoots, and commercial use of property images may be subject to separate agreements, photo release forms, location use agreements, or vendor policies.

Guests should not assume that permission to visit the property includes permission for commercial photography, professional sessions, drone operation, or promotional use of The Bridges property or branding.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, design elements, branding, layout, videos, and other materials, belongs to The Bridges or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, display, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from The Bridges.
